If you are one of those who worries about your health then you need a simple program like HippoDiary 1.1. As you might be able to gather by now, HippoDiary 1.1 is an application lets you get together all the data needed for your health: weight, height, symptoms, food you eat, medication, exercise, etc.

HippoDiary 1.1 is fairly basic and rudimentary, and is designed primarily for home use. It offers you space to note down everything you eat and drink in order for you to keep track of your intake of carbs, proteins, vitamins etc. There is also a useful section where you can log your medication in order to keep that under control too. This all allows you to monitor your health and take note of any changes and their possible causes. You can then export this data to a CSV file which can be opened in a spreadsheet like Excel.
